Nitieka RaawalMom of a 9 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear, a balanced diet will not reduce your milk production..also start with some physical activity..At the same time continue feeding your child since it will also help you reduce weight and will give perfect nutrients to your baby
