Q.
I am so worried, my baby is 2yrs 10m, She hasn’t started talking but she repeats whatever we say. She was grown up alone only with me in abroad. She didn’t see much people and also didn’t hear much conversation. Is it because of that she is delayed in talking??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sexntences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age yxgou need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

yes ,it might happen because of it.
but mam ,keep talking with your child more
give your enough time to your child.
play different games like pretend play with your child.
ask simple questions , talk about whole day activities .
it will help
but do not force your child.
don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age
