take iron calcium regularly.
use effective contraceptive methods

Hello ma’am It’s normal don’t worry about a lot of women skip their periods for six months to one year or maybe 1 1/2 years after the delivery but all these things are considered normal because exclusively breast beating the baby as well as it is due to hormonal change in the body so don’t worry about it it’s perfectly
