I am pregnant with twins 33weeks and daily i feel restless and pressure and mild cramps and back pain but suddenly today i feel nothing like no symptoms why

Which twins a little bit of discomfort is there but it last 24 hours you haven’t felt anything and if it is concerning or alarming for you in any manner then you should visit your doctor please because this way it is very difficult to say anything
