Q.

#asktheexperts I am pregnant and the 1st trimester is completed..and due to my health conditions the doctor recommended some supplements like folic acid zinc and vitamin...is it good to take the supplements throughout the pregnancy as I am confused because people near me are just brainwashing me no supplements it's not good. A. Of course you should take folic acid iron and calcium that is mandatory to be taken for initial nine months of your pregnancy and another six months after you delivered then you add multivitamin also honestly telling you people don’t have knowledge they will keep saying whatever comes into their mind if you generally want to and genuinely want to have a healthy pregnancy just follow the guidelines of your doctor
