i am pregnant and my son not stop breast feed. is the breastfeeding is safe or not

A. No you actually are suggested to quit on breastfeeding when you are pregnant with another child how come your doctor did not suggest you that is a surprising but you should actually start quitting anyway it’s not advisable to feed the child over the age of 2
