ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 weeks agoA. For neck pain Vicks is not going to work so for neck pain apply volini gel and Raje hot water bag and if you have cold then you can apply Vicks Vaporub and gave warm liquids like soups take care

Sit in a good comfortable posture always. If it is getting too much get in touch with your consulting doctor to understand what is the problem.
