Q.
I am post natal 9 months and my period started from 6th month after delivery and they are irregular . I had pcos history but my periods were regular before but now I’m worried if pcos has increased?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then it's Very normal to have irregular periods till one year due to hormonal fluctuations . take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

For Initial six months once you resume your period is the cycle can be a regular there can be issues related to your period cycle but after 6 to 7 months the cycle normally becomes regular and still if your cycle is not regular after completing six months then you should be consulting your gynaecologist once
