A. Hi mom To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Make healthy lifestyle. Sleeping and waking up on time plays an important role. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc.
