i am now 17 week and 6 day pregnant... can i do exercises... which exercises is best for me to have a normal delivery?

A. Walking is the best form of exercise when you’re pregnant and you can do a few stretching exercises and you can find them as a blog in the first cry parenting itself. Make sure that you avoid this if you have any high risk factors and ask your doctor before trying any.Write Your Answer Here
