Q.
I am not having enough breat milk. so I am giving formula as suggested by the doctor.. Is there any pblm??how can i increase breast milk??

Yes you can go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child there is no problem with that and to increase your own lactation you can go ahead we taking some supplements like Shatavari powder two times in the day along with that increase your liquid and take as well
