i am mother of a 10 months old baby. my postpartum hairfall is not reducing at all. Please suggest a vitamin supplement, safe during breastfeeding.

A. vitamin supplement is not something which will help to reduce hair fall for that I would recommend you to try to give lots of protein rich diet you should try to have Amla juice as well everyday
