I am mother of 8 months old baby my child is still on breastfeed I am facing extreme hair loss what can I do to resolve it please suggest I feel as if I will go bald in few months if my hair falls at this rate

Seema GaurMom of 4 children3 years agoA. add protien, iron n calcium rich diet in ur daily meal. for iron eat beetroot spinach ect. drink milk, add curd, paneer, pulses, soy to maintain calcium n protien in ur diet. use good shampoo which suits u.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hair fall is most of the time multifactorial. it is very commonly seen during the postpartum period usually in the lactation time. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. you can take protein powder and multivitamin supplements for same.&ef Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .so can get a test done to rule out. A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Post pata hair fall is very normal and common I’d advise you to go ahead with mamma earth onion oil and shampoo range that is supposed to be very Very very good you can definitely try that I’m sure you’ll get good results apart from that if you can think of going for any home remedy that also you can try searching it on YouTube
