Oh my God this is horrible so I’m just going to tell you Ma’am that there is this thing called Oziva brand which is very popular it claims it can control your hair fall so if you want you can take tablets and under the same brand and when you talk about shampoo I am going to recommend you to traya get a customised shampoo done from them it will help in controlling your hair
