I am mother of 6 months baby. my skin of stomach is loose till now. I had c section. can I start exercise now?

A. yes you can do exercise after 6 months of cesarean section Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

U Consult your gynaecologist first she says that your internal stitches have healed completely and you can go ahead with workout then you should otherwise you should wait because as far as my knowledge goes it takes about 8 to 9 months for a C-section stitches to heal completely internally after that only any exercises recommended
