Q.
I am mother of 2 months 15 days old girl. My daughter is not getting satisfied from my breastmilk as supply is very very low , i have to give topfeed to her. I am taking lactare capsules 2 times in a day but its not working and having fenugreek sauf and ajvain water. What else i can do.

In general any in your diet you should have plenty of fluids good amount of protein are balanced diet which is what is very important equally apart from the supplement that you are taking yet if nothing helps then you should stick to formula feeding alongside
