Q.
I am mother of 1 month old female baby...and am having very low breast milk.. I have thyroid during pregnancy, and am 32yrs now.. what could be the reason ?? pls let me know wat are the ways to boost breast milk production ..

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care
