Q.
I am mother of 1 month child and I am suffering from constipation problem from few weeks.. what should I do please recommended.

It’s a very common problem with Women so currently I would recommend you that you should check with your doctor they help you with the right laxity but all general course I would advise you to start your day with a glass of warm water and include papaya after that that’s a natural laxative for you good health and constipation relief
