Q.

I am into 4 months postpartum and having severe hairfall. Please suggest how to control that. Thanks.

A. Postpartum hair loss commonly starts at around three months after birth. Most women will return to their usual hair by between 6 and 12 months after birth... If not regain.. need further examination or even laboratory test.. Consult skin care specialist. Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. . Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. Avoid stress.. stress can increase hair loss. Have Biotin n protien rich food on a daily basis it is found in several foods such as carrots, liver, yeast, bananas, spinach.

A. Hi mommy Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give adequate feeding Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding
