#asktheexperts Hi doctor, I am having postpartum hairfall. It’s been 5 months that I delivered my baby girl. The hairfall is severe that it is clearly visible. Q1. What should i do to control it? Q2. When does postpartum hairfall stops??

A. Fir controlling it taje care of few things first eat a well balanced diet include dates nuts papaya and calcium and iron rich foods in diet and have proteins in diet and start using onion seed oil and massage it with finger tips and use mild shampoo

Yea The postpartum depression or the postpartum hair for all these things are so much common with Women and depression you can do it but hair fall is so much difficult to go for so with a personal expenses and lately what all I have read I’m just going to say that you should go ahead with using onion juice into your scalp on regular basis trust me that’s going to help you can put it into your scalp keep it for a minimum of 30 minutes and then wash it you just can do it once or two times in
