Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. it is very common that post pregnancy there will be hair fall in the mother but in next two or three months it will gradually improve so no need to worry juest take care of regular hair massage and take all the supplements given by your doctor eand drink plenty of water milk as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables. regular scalp masaage will also help in hair growth. meet a trichologist for more information.

You can go ahead with applying coconut oil mixed with some onion juice into your head keep it for half an hour then you can watch it this is going to help a lot apart from that you should practise yoga and go ahead with taking iron and omega-3 supplements
