i am in the 38 th week of pregnancy,how to effectively keep the movement track of the baby

A. per day ten movements sufficient for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. morning 1 hr and evening 1 hr you need to track the movements. if morning 9-10am you are checking then night 9-10am you need to track again.. overall it should be minimum 10 movements in a day. if it's less than that immediately consultant doctor. all the best and take care 💖
