ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. take rice dal coconut egg.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
