I am in 11 week and in this week I am facing extreme nausea. kindly suggest home remedies for nausea. I am unable to drink water also.

A. hello dear , some women face this especially in first pregnancy due to hormonal changes , nutrient deficiency can worsen it extreme nausea requires medical attention your gynecologist will prescribe medicine small frequent meals , avoid strong smells , walk after meals
