Q.
I am having severe hair fall even though my daughter is 1.5 yrs old now. any suggestions on shampoo or oil to regrow the hair. I have almost 1/3rd of my previous hair mass.

Keep the scalp area clean by washing it every second day and also avoid formation of dandruff.
apply warm coconut oil to the scalp and massage the area which increases the blood circulation.
Make a pack out of castor oil Amla powder and tea decoction apply for the scalp and keep for 2 hours.
Avoid heat treatment over the hair
have lots of water
