I have hair fall problem 5 years boy is there but still hair fall suggest plz hair oil and shampoo

Just keep your hair well tied up as much as possible
Use coconut oil or olive oil.
Mild shampoo like dice is good.
Also eat more of proteins. Drink lots of water. Good luck and take care
