ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. Avoid forward bending and sleeping on a hard bed and take hot water bag later apply mahanarayan tail on your back do it twice a day abd expose yourself to direct sunlight take care

Back pain is not necessarily associated with deficiency of calcium maybe there is some another issue you should get examine with your doctor in order to have better clarity understanding all the situation and accordingly they can treat you further on that
