hi now iam in 3rd trimester How much mg of calcium tablets should be taken right now I am taking 500mg of calcium tablet per day is it safe or should I take more tablets per day?

If you have any concerns, please let your doctor know that and seek guidance. Eat a balanced healthy diet. Keep yourself hydrated all day.
