i am having menstural cramp lower back pain but i am not getting proper bleeding but i am feeling itchy and mild vaginal discharge is this consider se periods or not

U May get your periods within two or three days now since you’re having all the signs and symptoms of having a regular period hopefully you should be getting it in a day or two if you do not get it regular then you should consult your gynaecologist because it could be due to hormonal imbalance
