Q.
i am having cold from couple of day from 10day, I am having running nose and it is irritating me. I use to laugh all the time before,but now I am crying all the time because of cold and cough. help me from get rid of cold n cough.

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated gsymptoms like cough and fever which needs treagtment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi parent you can take lukewarm water for drinking please give indirect steam twice a day with steamer it is very helpful you can take cup of warm milk with haldi and pinch of salt it is very helpful
