For pcod u should follow Mediterranean kind of diet plan that is less of grains specially wheat and dairy products 
HVe more fruits and vegetables, daals, sprouts, beans like rajma chana chola, fresh beans , lobia, brocolli , mushrooms eggs 
Reduce the intake of wheat, milk and milk products, bakery products, fried and namkeen food, sweets, sugar and sugary drinks 
Have water 2l per day 
Workout for 60 mins 5 days a weak
Reduce the intake of caffeine 
Have flaxseed 1 tsp and pumpkin seed 1 tsp daily 
Have methidana water empty stomach in morning

Avoid Insulin Resistant Food. Food which causes insulin resistance increases body weight, and blood sugar levels like soft drinks, white bread, rice, potato, refined carbohydrates, etc. These are best avoided if you are suffering from PCOS and want to conceive
