its important to have a balanced diet which includes all the foods groups.
include complex carbs coming from jowar , Bajra, ragi etc. avoid refined carbs coming from Maida, packaged foods , processed foods, junk foods etc.
include good quality fats coming from nuts and oil seeds ,ghee.
hqve small and frequent meals .
avoid high intake of sugar and salt in meals.
eat plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
be physically active.
