A. Hello Try to start Exercise daily for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Make sure you eat. healthy diet with lof of lean protein foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd, low fat paneer Dal's Also avoid junk, fried & sweets Include lot of Vegetables, fruits nuts
