I am getting severe constiparion every alternate days and my 3 months old baby is on exclusive breastfeed. even after taking fibre. what stool softner Or any remedy do you suggest.?

A. if you are getting severe constipation if there is constipation give plenty of liquids along with high fibre in the diet which is very important things to be avoided which causes constipation like milk banana and maida then consult the doc
