I am getting enough milk for my baby but my baby takes feed for 45 mins the flow is very slow how to increase the flow ? please help

A. How to increase the flow you can actually press your breast with your hand that is going to make the feed better because the flow of the milk is going to get good with that so that is what you can do because you cannot increase so you can help your child directly or indirectly this way
