I am from Mumbai here the temperature π‘οΈ ranges from 32 degree to 40 degree π¨ Celsius and my baby is breastfeeding she is 4 month old can I give her water along with breastfeeding?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no need, In hot weather also , it is important to feed more frequent breast feeds or formula feeds if your baby is less than 6 months. breast milk itself has 90 percent of water
