A. First of all focus on eating a healthy diet and make few lifestyle changes like sleeping on time and waking up early and start a multivitamin for two months and massage yourself to relax the muscles and rest is also important

A. Hi, have a proper diet and a healthy food. Start doing slow walking or yoga which is a good practice to keep your self fit.
