i am facing hair fall in very high manner. So I checked my thyroid level which is normal what will be the reason for this. What are remedies for the same

A. iron supplements keep yourself well hydrated have lots of Vitamin C rich fruits and take proper protein rich diet if you are having hair fall preferably make use of Sulfate free shampoo
