Q.
I am exclusively breast feeding my child, will there be adverse affects if I am eating about 10 home made chocolates of about 10g each. I have been eating them past three days, today my child is being a bit fussy.is it die to discomfort in his bowel movement?

Well that much chocolate won't have any effect on your baby.
But it will affect if you are having sugar issue.
Avoid excess salt.and sugar intake
Take natural sugars like jeggary , fruits etc..
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
