A. You must take tea and coffee in limit around two cups in a dayis fine and have a glassof water before having it to avoid acidity and drink more liquids like milk water soups

A. It's recommended to limit your caffeine intake while breastfeeding, as small amounts can pass into your breast milk, building up in your baby over time.. you may still drink coffee or tea when breastfeeding. ​However, keep to 2 cups of either coffee or tea per day. Caffeine has been shown to pass through breast milk and may interfere with your baby's sleep.
