I am diabetic very thing fine but I mentally stress all the time

But Why are you stressed is your stress related to your diabetes or anything else because if you take stress it nothing is going to be positive for you so you have to actually relax yourself what is there is there you have to accept it and start working out things to keep it in control and in a way that it is not going to affect your health
