I am breastfeeding to 2 month baby...i want to lose weight...which medicine will work effectively and will not have any side effects to me and my baby?

Every medicine will have a effect on you your body and your baby because right now if you go ahead with losing your way to lose on your breast feed and these medicines are not helpful if you want to lose weight go ahead with losing it naturally and that when you could breastfeeding don’t be in a haste to lose weight it’s not going to be good for you neither for your child
