I am breastfeeding mom with 2 months baby, can I eat good day biscuits

Yes You can I eat biscuits that’s not an issue but the quantity should be not more than 2 to 3 biscuits on an everyday basis like you can have two biscuits at one point of time with tea or something and you can switch biscuits also that is not necessarily you have to stick to one biscuit you can go for any kind of biscuit that you like
