include galactagogue in your meals as that helps to improve quality and quantity of breastmilk. you can include
1 tsp methi seeds with a glass of water
1 tsp shatavari powder with a glass of water
1 tsp aliv / halim / garden cress seeds with a glass of water - avoid if thyroid issues
you can also make laddos using these seeds, nuts and dried fruits.
eat and feeb baby on regular intervals, follow good hygiene, avoid force feeding.
continue exclusive breastfeeding to baby for complete 6 months.
