Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Yes , it's normal But it's normal to have irregular periods as well Take sunbath daily Take nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
