I am a working women and I have to report to my workplace soon.How will my baby adjust.She is not staying with anyone.She cry’s a lot when I am not around her.Pls suggest what to do

Ma’am actually initially the child speaks to the mother only all the time so now you should when you are around the child at home start giving your child to other people at home maybe the grandmom grandad or anybody so slowly the child is going to get friendly with them
