Q.

I am a working professional on maternity leave which is about to get over in next 1.5months. my job requires my physical presence. my baby would complete 5months by then. as much as I am eager to join back, I am not sure as to how to manage baby and job together as I am finding it difficult to trust maids in this journey plus support from parents and in-laws is very limited. any suggestions from experienced mom's ?

A. Your career can wait and can be done after a few years, but the first five years of your child's development will not come back I always prefer that after delivery. You should give your full-time to the child. What are for at least 3 to 4 years?

A. Hello dear parent! Check with your company if it is a in-house baby sitting option. If not, you have a limited choice and that is to go for a nanny. You might just take few precautions like keeping a home camera to check upon. Speak to your family and friends and seek their help and advice
