I am a second time "c"section mom it's been 2 months now , sometimes I feel pain in stomach muscles above the incision. please guide

A. It happens do better take good rest avoid heavy workouts till 3 months after c section and if the pain persists or increases then consult the doctor and wait give your body time to recover completely
