I am a new mum, since the birth of my twins i get heavy periods, thinking of switching to menstrual cups, Any suggestions would help

A. Try sirona menstrual cups. they are really safe and easy to use. they are made with safe and environmentally safe silicon, which folds easily. they are easy to clean and affordable also.
