I am a mother of a 4 year daughter. I am suffering from thyroid. I have my periods on time. But this time I am having a heavy flow on first day which is not usual. what should I do?

A. better consult your doctor if required scan will be advised Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area
